2. Builder Profiles

Builder profiles on this site are compiled from publicly available sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or currency of any information. Builders may claim their profile to add or correct information.

By claiming a profile, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Reputation Plus Subscription

Reputation Plus is a $99/year recurring subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the builder dashboard billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Lead Routing

Reputation Plus subscribers receive homeowner leads routed from CustomHomeQuote.com. The first lead is provided free of charge. Lead volume is not guaranteed and depends on homeowner inquiry activity in the builder's service area. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a project.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information on any profile
  • Claim a profile for a business you are not authorized to represent
  • Use the site to send unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute directory data
  • Interfere with the operation of the site

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that builder information is accurate, complete, or current. Use of this site and reliance on any information is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
